In these regulations, the following terms have the meanings indicated. Terms Defined. “Board” means the State Board of Pharmacy. “Mailing address” means the address the pharmacist or pharmacy technician specifies that the Board use when communicating with the pharmacist or pharmacy technician. “Primary employment location” means the establishment where the pharmacist or pharmacy technician is employed on a regular basis or works most often.
