In this chapter, the following term has the meaning indicated.

Term Defined. “Material safety data sheets” means a list of hazardous chemicals that provides detailed information on each hazardous chemical, including its potential hazardous effects, its physical and chemical characteristics and recommendations for appropriate protective measures.
