A pharmacy technician, pharmacy intern, or a pharmacist shall: Maintain knowledge of the current pharmacy and drug laws and health and sanitation laws relevant to the practice of pharmacy; and Provide a pharmaceutical service only within the scope of the pharmacy technician’s, pharmacy intern’s, or pharmacist’s training and education.
