A.
A wholesale distributor, pharmacist, or pharmacy shall distribute or hold for sale medications bearing a manufacturer's expiration date pursuant to 21 C.F.R. §211.137.
B.
A wholesale distributor, pharmacist, or pharmacy shall have adequate and credible provisions for return of outdated drugs, including but not limited to partials, through its wholesaler distributor or reverse distributor.
