With the exception of controlled dangerous substances, prescription drugs in stock shall be disposed of by one or more of the following means:
A.
Returning them to a distributor or manufacturer; or
B.
Transferring them to another licensed pharmacy, authorized prescriber, or other person or entity approved by the Board or the Division of Drug Control.
