The supervising pharmacist or the supervising pharmacist's designee shall ensure compliance with: State and federal regulations; Infusion pharmacy practice standards: As set forth in this chapter; and As established by nationally recognized professional organizations and accrediting bodies as appropriate; The infusion pharmacy’s policies and procedures manual; An established training program; and An established performance improvement program.
