### Chapter 37 — Pharmacy Permit Holder Requirements — Wholesale Distribution and Nonresident Pharmacy Operations

This chapter establishes requirements for a pharmacy licensed by the Maryland Board of Pharmacy that:

A. Engages in wholesale distribution; or

B. Operates as a nonresident pharmacy.
