Psychology associate registration application fee — $200;

Examination fees:

Verification of licensure or registration — $20;

Biennial licensure renewal fee — $400;

Biennial registration renewal fee — $300;

Late fee — $50;

Inactive status fee (every 2 years) — $200;

Reinstatement fee for license — $700;

Reinstatement fee for registration — $600;

Penalty for returned check — $50;

Duplicate license or registration:

Temporary Exception to Practice — $100.

Roster of licensed psychologists or registered psychology associates — $150.
