### Chapter 08 — Conduct of Public Meetings

#### Regulation .02 Attendance.

*COMAR 10.37.08.02*

A quorum need not be present in order for the Commission to hold a public meeting. If, however, less than a quorum is present at any public meeting, matters submitted for a vote shall be deferred.
