Regulation .04 Commission Review of Established Rates.

The Commission may order a review of a hospital's established rates at any time, as it deems necessary and proper.

This order, provided it orders the review of any rate or charge, may constitute a Commission-initiated rate proceeding.

In reviewing a hospital’s established rates during a Commission-initiated rate proceeding or while reviewing a hospital’s full rate application, the Commission shall consider the hospital’s performance since the implementation of the All-Payer Model Agreement with the federal government, which took place in February 2014.
