#### Regulation .07 Change in Name or Address.

*COMAR 10.39.04.07*

A. Each certificate holder shall notify the Board in writing of any change in name or address within 30 days of the change.

B. The Board may impose a fine of $25 for failure to notify the Board of a change in name or address.
