The licensee who engages in ethical misconduct is subject to sanctions by the Board. The Board shall notify the National Practitioner Data Bank of any formal sanction of a licensee on the grounds of ethical misconduct. The licensee may not prohibit the client from reporting misconduct as a condition of settlement of a legal cause of action.
