A chiropractic applicant or assistant may not engage in any of the following activities:
A.
Communicate an evaluation or diagnosis to a patient;
B.
Perform an act requiring the professional skill or judgment of a licensed chiropractor;
C.
Perform orthopedic or neurological tests;
D.
Engage in dietary or nutritional advice or counseling; or
E.
Other acts not within the chiropractic applicant or assistant's specified scope.
