A chiropractic applicant or assistant may not engage in any of the following activities: Communicate an evaluation or diagnosis to a patient; Perform an act requiring the professional skill or judgment of a licensed chiropractor; Perform orthopedic or neurological tests; Engage in dietary or nutritional advice or counseling; or Other acts not within the chiropractic applicant or assistant's specified scope.
