Regulation .12 Term and Renewal of Registration.

A registration expires every 2 years, unless the registration is renewed for a 2-year term.

Before a registration expires, the registrant periodically may renew it for another term if the registrant:

(1)

Otherwise is entitled to be registered;

(2)

Pays a renewal fee as set forth in COMAR 10.43.06;

(3)

Submits to the Board a renewal application on the form that the Board requires; and

(4)

Submits to the Board verification of at least 10 hours of continuing education in courses approved by the Board.
