#### Regulation .38 Display and Location of Recognition to Prescribe and Administer Medication.

*COMAR 10.44.04.38*

A dental hygienist recognized by the Board to prescribe and administer medication shall display the recognition conspicuously in the office where the holder is engaged in practice.
