Regulation .34 Display and Location of Permit.

A dentist who holds a Class I, Class II, or Class III permit shall maintain their wallet certificate in their possession for inspection at the administration site.

A dentist who holds a general anesthesia facility permit or a parenteral sedation facility permit shall display the permit and any current renewal certificates in the facility.
