A dentist who treats a patient at an accredited facility as defined in Regulation .03 of this chapter where anesthesia or sedation is being administered to the patient by either another dentist, physician, or certified registered nurse anesthetist is not required to hold: A Class I, Class II, or Class III permit; or A certification to allow another dentist, physician, or certified registered nurse anesthetist to administer anesthesia or sedation.
