The licensee shall: Maintain for 5 years accurate records of continuing education courses or programs in which the licensee has participated under these regulations; and Make continuing education records available to the Board or the Board's representative or representatives on request. On a renewal form provided by the Board, a licensee shall verify compliance with this regulation.
