A.
A dentist who violates this chapter is subject to the sanctions enumerated in Health Occupations Article, §4-315(a), Annotated Code of Maryland.
B.
A dental hygienist who violates this chapter is subject to the sanctions enumerated in Health Occupations Article, §4-315(b), Annotated Code of Maryland.
C.
A dental radiation technologist who violates this chapter is subject to the sanctions enumerated in COMAR 10.44.19.11A.
