A dentist or dental hygienist with a volunteer license to practice dentistry or dental hygiene in the State shall practice only: In a dental office; In a dental clinic; In an ambulatory care facility; In a hospital; or For an entity providing medical care to the poor, the elderly, or handicapped that is operated: By the State; By a local government; By a bona fide charitable organization; or In any other setting approved by the Board.
