If an election for a dentist board member is declared invalid by the election judge, the Board shall notify by regular mail or by e-mail: Each dentist; and Each State dental organization affiliated with a national organization. The notice referred to in §A(1) of this regulation shall state: The reason that the election has been declared invalid; The date, time, and location of the new election; Whether it is necessary to solicit nominations for the new election; and Any other information the Board finds necessary to ensure that the subsequent election is properly conducted. Dental Hygienist. If an election for a dental hygienist board member is declared invalid by the election judge, the Board shall notify by regular mail or by e-mail: Each dental hygienist; and Each State dental hygienist organization affiliated with a national organization.
