A licensee shall: Maintain a list of all subcontractors to which forensic analyses are referred; Be responsible for the subcontractor’s forensic analysis or examination; Ensure that forensic analysis results from the subcontractor are written or in a secured electronic form; Ensure that if alternative methods are used, the customer is notified before performing the examination or analysis; Establish and use appropriate review procedures to ensure the integrity of: Outsourced samples; and Data received from the subcontractor; and Establish and use appropriate review procedures to verify compliance with applicable State regulations.
