### Chapter 06 — Employees

#### Regulation .04 Director — Requirement.

*COMAR 10.51.06.04*

A licensee shall employ a forensic laboratory director who:

A. Meets the qualifications set forth in this chapter; and

B. Is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the laboratory.
