A licensee shall ensure: The forensic laboratory has at least one individual who meets the employee qualification requirements of this chapter, to perform the functions set forth in this chapter, for the type of forensic tests and examinations performed in the laboratory; and Technical reviews of case files and reports are conducted as determined by the Director or applicable standards.
