A licensee shall ensure that: A forensic analysis employee is responsible for: Specimen and sample processing; Performing forensic analyses; and Reporting forensic analysis results; and An individual performs only those forensic analyses that: Are authorized by the forensic laboratory director for the individual to perform; and Require a degree of skill commensurate with the individual's education, training, experience, and technical abilities.
