This chapter: Defines the Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program Fund; Sets forth the responsibilities of the Maryland Department of Health with respect to the Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program Fund; and Establishes eligibility criteria for receipt of HIV prevention and care services from the Fund.
