At the time of enrollment, an institution shall: Provide each student with a copy of the Maryland Electrologists Act and the regulations under this subtitle; Provide each student with a copy of the course outline; Require the student to provide evidence of an eye examination and successful correction of any visual deficiency; and Have available a sufficient supply of approved textbooks.
