### Chapter 06 — Electrology Programs

#### Regulation .07 Reporting.

*COMAR 10.53.06.07*

A. An educational program shall:

  (1) Keep a record of each student’s:

    (a) Application;

    (b) Current address and telephone number;

    (c) Date of enrollment;

    (d) Attendance;

    (e) Number of hours completed; and

    (f) Grades achieved; and

  (2) Make the record available to the Board at the Board's request.

B. A program shall submit to the Board for approval any changes made to an approved program.
