An educational program shall: Keep a record of each student’s: Application; Current address and telephone number; Date of enrollment; Attendance; Number of hours completed; and Grades achieved; and Make the record available to the Board at the Board's request. A program shall submit to the Board for approval any changes made to an approved program.
