Applicants and participants may appeal certain State or local agency actions. An applicant or participant: May appeal a State or local agency action resulting in the individual's being: Denied participation in the WIC Program; Instructed to repay the cash value of improperly issued benefits; or Disqualified from the Program; and Shall appeal the action in accordance with COMAR 10.01.06.
