In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated. Terms Defined. “Board” means the State Board for the Certification of Residential Child Care Program Professionals. “Certificate” means a certificate issued by the Board to practice as a residential child care program administrator or a residential child and youth care practitioner. “Sanction” means a formal disciplinary action reprimanding, restricting, suspending, or revoking a certificate.
