This chapter: Establishes the requirements for an individual to practice clinical marriage and family therapy; Establishes standards of supervision and the responsibilities of supervisors and supervisees in the practice of clinical marriage and family therapy; Applies to licensees who: Practice clinical marriage and family therapy; or Provide supervision for licensed graduate marriage and family therapists; and Applies to licensed graduate marriage and family therapists who are in the process of obtaining the supervised clinical experience required by Health Occupations Article, §17-303, Annotated Code of Maryland.
