The Board shall reinstate the license of a behavior analyst who has not been put on inactive status and who has failed to renew the license for any reason if the behavior analyst: Meets the requirements set forth in Regulation .09 of this chapter; and Applies to the Board for reinstatement of the license within 5 years after the license expires. The Board may not reinstate the license of a behavior analyst who fails to apply for reinstatement of the license within 5 years after the license expires. Notwithstanding the provisions of §B of this regulation, a behavior analyst may become licensed by meeting the current requirements for obtaining a new license under this chapter.
