A licensed behavior analyst shall comply with the current professional disciplinary and ethical code established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or its successor organization.

Familiarity with revisions to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s professional disciplinary and ethical code is the responsibility of the licensed behavior analyst.
