Notwithstanding Regulations .08 and .09 of this chapter, the Board shall reactivate the license of a licensed environmental health specialist who was placed on inactive or non-renewed status if the individual:
A.
Applies to the Board for reactivation after the inactive or non-renewed status expired;
B.
Pays to the Board the reactivation fee established by COMAR 10.60.06;
C.
Provides any documentation required by the Board; and
D.
Passes the examination that is required at time of reactivation.
