In order to be licensed under this subtitle, an outpatient mental health center shall: Provide regularly-scheduled outpatient mental health treatment services in a community-based setting; Provide, at a minimum, individual, group, and family therapy and medication management; Employ a medical director, who: Is a psychiatrist; Has over-all responsibility for clinical services; and Is on-site at least 20 hours per week; and Employ multidisciplinary clinical treatment staff who is authorized to provide the services under Health Occupations Article, Annotated Code of Maryland.
