#### Regulation .09 Penalties.

*COMAR 10.65.03.09*

If a licensee or registrant violates a regulation in this chapter, the Board may take action pursuant to Health Occupations Article, §6–308, Annotated Code of Maryland. The Board may also impose a penalty not exceeding $5,000.
