An MCO shall establish a consumer advisory board to facilitate the receipt of input from enrollees. The consumer advisory board membership shall: Consist of enrollees and enrollees' family members, guardians, or caregivers; and Be comprised of no less than one third representation from the MCO’s special needs populations, or their representatives and the MCO’s special needs coordinator. The consumer advisory board shall meet at least 6 times a year.
