A.
An MCO shall provide the following medically necessary habilitation services to enrollees eligible for Medical Assistance under §1902(a)(10)(A)(i)(VIII) of the Social Security Act:
(1)
Physical therapy;
(2)
Occupation therapy; and
(3)
Speech therapy.
B.
At a minimum, an MCO shall provide the services in hospital inpatient and outpatient departments and physical therapy in an outpatient community setting.
