An MCO shall provide the following medically necessary habilitation services to enrollees eligible for Medical Assistance under §1902(a)(10)(A)(i)(VIII) of the Social Security Act: Physical therapy; Occupation therapy; and Speech therapy. At a minimum, an MCO shall provide the services in hospital inpatient and outpatient departments and physical therapy in an outpatient community setting.
