Regulation .01 MCO Enrollee Services.

Maintain a member services unit that operates an enrollee services line at least during normal business hours;

Operate its enrollee services line as a triage device to handle or properly refer enrollees' questions or complaints; and

Provide information in the member handbook about how to use the MCO enrollee services line to obtain information and assistance.
