The Department shall develop an Affirmative Action Plan to address any need for corrective action. The Affirmative Action Plan shall: Be designed to achieve equal opportunity through positive, aggressive, and continuous results-oriented measures to correct past or present discriminatory practices and their effects on the conditions and privileges of employment; and Provide general and specific procedural guidance in relation to: Publicity and dissemination of equal opportunity/affirmative action (EO/AA) matters; EO/AA requirements in employee recruitment and selection; and EO/AA related education and training.
