Restrictions. The airport operations may not endanger lives or property on the ground. The airport operations may not interfere with other authorized use of the navigable airspace. If published manufacturer's specifications exist for the aircraft operating from the airport, the airport shall be of sufficient size to meet the specifications. Minimum Standards. The airport operator may not be required to exceed the minimum standards of a commercial-use airport for the same class of aircraft.
