These regulations govern the erection and maintenance of any obstruction to air navigation that:
A.
Interferes with the public right of freedom of transit in air commerce;
B.
Endangers the lives and property of those using the air space for transportation; or
C.
Endangers the lives and property of the occupants of land in this State. (Reference: Transportation Article, §§5-701 and 5-702, Annotated Code of Maryland)
