Regulation .06 Specific Conditions for Lodging Signing.

Signing for lodging shall be limited to those business establishments within 3 miles from the gore of the associated off-ramp.

Repealed.

The business establishment shall have a minimum of ten rooms or units and shall be open the year round.

The business establishment shall have a telephone available for public use.
