In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

Terms Defined.
(1)
“Administration” means the State Highway Administration.
(2)
“Local delivery truck route” means a four-lane divided State highway designated by the Administration as a route which may be used for local deliveries by trucks not exceeding the limitations set forth in Transportation Article, §§13-919, 24-102, 24-104, 24-104.1, 24-104.2, 24-108, and 24-109, Annotated Code of Maryland.
