An individual on or entering MPA property shall provide proof of identity at the request of an MdTA Police officer, and shall provide the:
A.
Individual’s driver’s license and, at the discretion of the MdTA Police Officer, other official photo identification such as Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) or MPA Identification Card;
B.
Individual's name and address;
C.
Individual's current employer; and
D.
Reason the individual seeks admittance to or is on MPA property.
