An individual on or entering MPA property shall provide proof of identity at the request of an MdTA Police officer, and shall provide the: Individual’s driver’s license and, at the discretion of the MdTA Police Officer, other official photo identification such as Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) or MPA Identification Card; Individual's name and address; Individual's current employer; and Reason the individual seeks admittance to or is on MPA property.
