In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

Terms Defined.
(1)
“Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Thruway” means I-895 which extends from the interchange with I-95 south of Baltimore, including its approaches.
(2)
“Tandem trailers” means two or more trailers or semitrailers which are pulled at the same time by one motor vehicle.
